Dave Damouth On the evening of Saturday January 14th 2017 the CSVA Treasurer Dave Damouth passed away quickly from a massive heart attack. Dave is survived by his wife, Helen. Dave has served as the Treasurer for CSVA for 10 years and was planning to serve another two-year term that would have begun on May 1 of this year.
